Excerpt from Changing Reality by Serge Kahili King: "In order to move easily and effectively between worlds you have to practice dropping the assumptions - and the critical analysis deriving from them - of each world you leave before moving on to the next. With practice, lots of it, this becomes virtually automatic. What helps tremendously is loving yourself without reserve and trusting God within you. But of course that is good advice whether you are a shaman or not."
Hawaii's Kilauea Volcano Watch
Very little activity near the coast, with only one small ocean entry. The lava pond at the bottom of Halema'uma'u has risen and more fumes are pouring out.
Making The World A Better Place
The International Bird Rescue Research Center has a program for people to "adopt" a pelican in order to help seabirds recover from the Gulf oil spill.
